“What is something you want to achieve this year?“
That is the number of weeks in 1 year and that is the number of push-ups, sit-ups, and lunges I should be able to do by the end of 2023. Instead of making some complicated regiment to follow, I plan to simply do the week numbers amount for the entire week (7 days) and then step up the next week. In a year, I should be able to do 52 of each consistently.
