About 3 years ago my friend Gaku set out to see if he could grow hops in Norikura Kogen and has slowly and patiently learned the ropes.
This year’s harvest along with the harvest from Nagawa by @ryosuke800 will be made into a yummy limited edition brew by @matsumoto.brewery this fall.
I think Gaku represents the #NorikuraPioneer spirit well in his pursuit of growth and change from within this community.
