This week we got to participate in our first Kirara Kids Snowboard camp up at TANGRAM Resort in Northern Nagano. The camp is produced by some good friends of ours Hayato & Michiyo and this year was the 18th consecutive year running.
I got to be one of the camp coaches and Hannah was asked to be lodge staff to assist with the children while they were off the mountain. The three oldest boys participated in the camp and got to ride for 3 full days while Hannah and our 2 youngest hung out in the hotel and helped patrol the hallways.
This was a wonderful start to the new year and such a great experience for our family. Can’t wait to get back to Norikura Kogen and ride together. Gabriel and the Hannahs didn’t get out on the snow yet so we will be looking forward to that also when we get home.
