Winter At Last
Snowfall has been a bit on the delinquent side this winter here in the village. There has been snow on Mount Norikura since the end of October but it’s been a long wait since then.

Still Waiting for Snow
Although the ski resort is open we are yet to see decent snow in the village this year. As of today the road to Ichinose Meadow which on a typical year is only accessible by foot after mid-November was clear and dry.

Cold Mornings
-9˚ Mornings makes for some pretty frost on the windows this morning. Up in Suzuran near the Visitors Center there is still a bit of snow on the ground from last week.

Final Yamaga FC Game of the Year

Fresh Snow on The Mountain and Kids Playing in the Park
