長い間「この山岳地域に暮らす皆とどう関わるべきか？」とか「山の魅力をどう伝えるべきか？」とか「長いスパンで環境問題をどう向き合うべきか？」をずーっと考えてきました。
少しづつですがアルプス岳郷の地域づくりの取組みインタビューで答えていると思います。
大切にしていることは
①お互いに助け合う事を実行する
②人が見える地域やDestination（目的地）を見せる
③二人以上で業務を取り組む
④一緒に出来る事をさがし続ける
⑤正しく「支配」する者に目指す
リーダーシップの中で「支え」になる事を探す物と必要な支援を「配る」者は一番優れた姿です。

For some time now I have been thinking about “how to build healthy interaction in this community?” and “how to share the beauty of the Japanese Alps with others?” and “how to approach the long-term environmental issues we are facing?”.
Little by little, we have been answering those questions through a series of interviews on what “community development” means by the local DMO, Alps Sangakukyo.
These are a few things we think are important as we work in the community.
① “Community development” means finding ways of supporting each other.
② Showing people in their environment (community) is the most attractive way to show the area.
③ Work with two or more people.
④ Keep finding things people can do together.
⑤ Become a good “ruler”.
Becoming a good “ruler” can establish the necessary “structure” and align “resources” to help people flourish.
