Problem Solving vs. Team Building

If you have a problem, it will stay a problem unless it’s solved. In order to solve the problem you first must understand the issues and make sense of it so you can then try solving it. But no one problem is like another and no one solution works for everything. All that to say, identifying the problem and making clear the issue and even coming up with some good solutions is pretty worthless unless you have a team to execute them.

Now let’s think about team building for a moment. If you take time to build up and empower people to identify problems and make the issues clear, they will also probably find good solutions and go as far as attempting to execute them. But not if you don’t have a team. If you don’t have a team it’s just you and some problems.
