Rock Climbing

Sorry, it’s been a while since my last post, things have been busy. Here is a rundown of how the last few weeks have been. Let’s start with busy, busy, and more busy. We have had a lot of guests and we always have more work than we know what to do with. But there have been some changes made to the schedule and we are getting rotating days off now with an average of only 60 hrs per week which is a big improvement on the 80-90 we were working before.

Today we took 15 guests rock climbing up on Mount Norikura at about 2600m. Take a look at the photos, it was a lot of fun and most of us got a good sunburn. This was the first time for our guests climbing on real rock and they all seemed to enjoy their day. We started at about 11:00 and then had obento lunch and finished by about 3:00. The group is from Gifu which is about a 5-hour drive from here but with traffic it took them more like 7-hours to get here yesterday.
